Q: What are My Photo Magnets?
A: My Photo Magnets are high-quality 2x2 inch handcrafted magnets made from your favorite photos or business logos. They’re perfect for decorating your fridge, office board, or any metal surface while keeping your most cherished memories close. Each magnet is designed to be both beautiful and lasting, a small keepsake that brightens your space every day.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use premium metal shells, a protective mylar film, durable backs, adhesive magnets, and high-resolution printed photo paper. Every magnet is assembled by hand with care and attention to detail.

Q: How long do the magnets last?
A: Our magnets are made to last for years. The photo surface is protected from fading and moisture, so your memories stay vivid and colorful over time.

ORDERING

Q: How can I place an order?
A: It’s easy!

1. Choose your favorite photos .

2. Email them to myphotomagnets1@gmail.com with your name, order size, and pickup or shipping details.

3. Send your e-transfer to the same email.

Q: What image formats do you accept?
A: We accept most formats including JPG, PNG, and HEIC. Whether your photos come from your phone, camera, or social media, we can work with them easily.

Q: Can you turn drawings into magnets?
A: Absolutely! Send us a photo of the drawing or visit us when we are on markets and we can turn it into a magnet in only a few minutes. It’s a wonderful way to preserve children’s artwork or unique designs.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically ready to ship within 1–2 business days.

Q: Do you offer pickup or local delivery?
A: Depending on your location in Waterloo, we offer local pickup or delivery. Contact us to confirm availability.

Q: Do you ship outside Ontario or internationally?
A: Yes! We’re expanding our shipping options to include more regions across Canada and beyond.

CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS

Q: Do you make magnets for businesses or events?
A: Yes! We create personalized logo magnets for businesses, realtors, photographers, and special events. They’re an affordable and creative way to promote your brand or thank clients with something memorable.

Q: What’s the minimum quantity for bulk orders?
A: Bulk orders start at 100 magnets. Regular price is CAD 280, but we currently offer a promotional price of CAD 230 for bulk clients.

Q: Can I mix designs in a bulk order?
A: Yes, you can include multiple photos or logos in your order. Just send us your images, and we’ll organize them before printing.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large or recurring orders?
A: We do! Contact us to receive a custom quote for ongoing or high-volume projects.

GIFTS & SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Q: Can I use the magnets as gifts?
A: Definitely! Our photo magnets make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, anniversaries, and holidays. They’re simple, meaningful, and always bring a smile.

Q: Do you offer packaging for gifts or events?
A: Yes, we can package your magnets beautifully for gifts or special occasions. Let us know your preferences when placing your order.

RETURNS & CUSTOMER CARE

Q: What if there’s an issue with my order?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your magnets if something isn’t right. We’ll review your concern and make it right — your satisfaction is very important to us.

Q: How can I share feedback or photos of my magnets?
A: We’d love to see them! Tag us on social media or send your photos by message. Customers who share a review on our google site,  Instagram or Website receive a 10% discount code for their next order.
