Custom Products: All our magnets are custom-made. By placing an order, you confirm that you own the rights to or have permission to use all photos and artwork you submit.
Order Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your order (including photo selection, cropping, and quantities) before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors you make.
Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraud.

2. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos and artwork you submit. However, by submitting them, you grant My Photo Magnets a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.
Our Content: All website content, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of My Photo Magnets and is protected by copyright. You may not use it without our express written permission.

3. Product Information
We make every effort to display our product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be perfectly accurate. Slight variations in color or finish may occur.

4. Limitation of Liability
My Photo Magnets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products.

5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
