Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final - Personalized Items
Because every magnet we create is made-to-order and customized with your personal photographs or artwork, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds simply because you changed your mind. We encourage you to carefully review your photo selections and order details before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is defective (e.g., the magnet is cracked, the print is severely flawed, or the magnet does not adhere properly), we will gladly replace it for you.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged or defective item.
(Optional but recommended) Provide a photograph of the original packaging.
Upon approval, we will ship a replacement for the damaged/defective item at no cost to you.
3. Errors on Our Part
We double-check every order, but if we make a mistake (e.g., we printed the wrong photo, the wrong size, or the order is incomplete), please contact us immediately. We will correct the error by shipping the correct item(s) to you as soon as possible.
4. For Market & In-Person Sales
For items purchased at a market or event:
"Draw-to-Magnet" and "While-You-Wait" Photo Magnets: All sales are final. As these items are produced on the spot and involve a service, we cannot offer returns or refunds. Please inspect your magnet before you leave our table.
Pre-Made Magnets: All sales are final. Please inspect your magnet at the time of purchase.
5. How to Initiate a Replacement Claim
To start a replacement request for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with the following information:
Your full name and order number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Clear photo(s) that show the problem.
We will evaluate your claim and get back to you within 3 business days to resolve the issue.
